Job Responsibilities:

• Design and optimize UI/UX for web and mobile applications, ensuring an intuitive and seamless user experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop motion graphics and animations for digital platforms.
• Assist in creating design concepts and prototypes for user interfaces and visual elements.
• Ensure design consistency across all digital channels, maintaining the Wema Bank brand identity.

Job Requirements:

• 1-3 years of design experience in UI/UX or Motion Graphics design.
• Must have completed NYSC (National Youth Service Corps).
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, After Effects, and Photoshop.
• Strong understanding of design principles and user-centered design.
