Estate Surveyor
Job Description
A reputable organization is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Estate Surveyor to support property valuation, management, and advisory services. This role requires a professional who can deliver accurate assessments, provide strategic real estate insights, and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct property valuations for residential, commercial, and industrial assets
- Prepare detailed valuation reports and market analysis
- Inspect properties and collect relevant data for accurate assessments
- Provide professional advice on property investment, sales, and leasing decisions
- Support property management activities and documentation processes
- Research and monitor real estate market trends
- Liaise with clients, developers, agents, and other stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, standards, and ethical practices
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Estate Management, Real Estate, or a related field
- Professional certification in estate surveying (e.g., ARCON, RICS) is an added advantage
- Proven experience in property valuation and real estate advisory
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
- Good knowledge of the Lagos property market is a plus
- Excellent report writing and presentation skills
