 Event Coordinator (Remote)

Location: Remote — open to candidates legally authorised to work in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Ireland, Australia, or New Zealand.
Compensation: Estimated USD 5,000–8,000 per month, depending on experience, location, scope of work, and expectations for a full-time schedule.
About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and organised Event Coordinator to support a variety of operational, content, research, and AI-related tasks that contribute to the smooth execution of projects and virtual events. Working in a fully remote setting, you will partner closely with the team to maintain organised workflows, manage essential information, and help ensure timely delivery of project tasks. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys bringing structure to fast-moving environments and supporting behind-the-scenes operations.
 Responsibilities
- Assist with event and project-related activities, including content organisation, online research, simple data review, operational support, documentation, and AI-generated output checks.
- Organise, update, and maintain information with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Coordinate effectively with team members through clear written and verbal communication.
- Provide consistent progress updates to ensure tasks remain on schedule and aligned with project timelines.
 Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent written English skills and professional communication abilities.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage time well, and handle multiple responsibilities in a remote setting.
- Interest in events, operations, research, content support, or data work is a plus — full training and onboarding will be provided.
- Comfort using digital tools such as emails, spreadsheets, project management software, or productivity platforms.
