Salary: ₦260,000 (Net)

A highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant is needed to support an executive team. This hybrid role based in Yaba requires a professional who can handle administrative tasks efficiently, maintain confidentiality, and manage the executive’s schedule seamlessly. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the executive’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the executive.
- Handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and logistics for business trips.
- Serve as the point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital communication tools.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
