Are you an organized and detail-oriented professional looking to support executive-level operations? The 99 Apartments is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and operational support. This role is ideal for a proactive individual who thrives in a dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage executives’ calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Handle email correspondence, phone calls, and document preparation.
- Assist in project coordination, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
- Conduct research, compile reports, and maintain organized records.
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 months’ experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools.
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
