A service-based business is seeking a reliable Executive Assistant to support day-to-day operations and provide direct administrative support to the founder. This role involves managing social media scheduling, organizing internal systems, handling communications, and coordinating light client-related tasks. The position is 90% remote, with occasional physical presence in Lagos as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor, organize, and track opportunities for growth and visibility
- Schedule and post content across multiple social media platforms
- Maintain systems for deadlines, submissions, and communication follow-ups
- Draft and send professional emails, outreach messages, and summaries
- Assist with light client coordination and task updates
- Conduct research and prepare notes or briefs when necessary
Candidate Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational habits and the ability to meet deadlines independently
- Familiarity with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, or equivalent digital tools
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
- Proactive and self-motivated with a high level of reliability
