Salary: ₦80,000 – ₦100,000
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team as an Executive Assistant and Admin Officer. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the efficient operations of our organization. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative and communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a solid understanding of business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior management.
- Manage office inventory, ensuring timely stock replenishment and accurate record-keeping.
- Coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings for executives.
- Assist in sales and inventory management, tracking orders, and ensuring smooth operations.
Requirements:
- A minimum of OND/HND/BSc in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas and pivot tables.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Previous experience in inventory and sales management is preferred.
