Sellphone Wholesale is hiring a highly organized and tech-savvy Executive Assistant & Automation Developer. This role is ideal for someone with a strong command of automation tools and scripting who can also manage executive-level administrative tasks. The position focuses on building systems that improve operational efficiency while supporting executive functions and team coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage executive calendar, inbox, and reminders
- Track and report team KPIs and daily updates
- Build and maintain web automation scripts using Python, JavaScript, Zapier, or Make
- Scrape and manage lead data, particularly from WhatsApp
- Maintain CRM databases such as Airtable or GoHighLevel
- Automate outreach efforts on platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, and WhatsApp
- Develop ChatGPT-based templates to enhance outreach messaging
Candidate Requirements:
- Proficient in Python or JavaScript; experience with Selenium or Playwright is a plus
- Experienced with automation tools like Zapier, Make, and Google Apps Script
- Familiarity with Airtable, GoHighLevel, Hubstaff, or SuSocial
- Highly reliable, detail-oriented, and effective in remote communication and follow-ups
