An opportunity is available for a skilled Executive Assistant to support the Chief Product Officer at Getpayed Technology Solutions Limited. This full-time hybrid role requires a proactive professional with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced corporate environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimise the Chief Product Officer’s calendar, ensuring effective scheduling and time prioritisation.
- Coordinate meetings with internal teams, executives, and external stakeholders, including preparing briefing materials.
- Track deadlines, monitor commitments, and provide regular updates to keep the Chief Product Officer aligned with priorities.
- Handle confidential information with discretion while maintaining accurate records and documentation.
- Plan travel logistics, events, and offsite meetings when required.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a senior-level coordination role.
- Exceptional organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong proficiency in calendar management tools such as Google Workspace or Outlook.
- Familiarity with Notion, project tracking systems, and basic reporting tools like Excel or Google Sheets.
- High level of discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive matters.
