An established company in Lagos is seeking a detail-oriented and resourceful Executive Assistant to the CEO. This dual-function role also includes supervisory responsibility over the Customer Service Team. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, capable of managing executive-level responsibilities, and experienced in leading a customer-facing team to deliver top-tier service.

Responsibilities

Executive Support Duties:

  • Manage scheduling, meeting coordination, and travel planning for the CEO.
  • Prepare high-quality documents, reports, and presentations for executive use.
  • Facilitate communication between the CEO and various internal departments.
  • Maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information professionally.

Customer Service Supervision:

  • Supervise the customer service team, including performance monitoring and mentoring.
  • Implement and oversee training programs for continuous team development.
  • Resolve escalated customer issues and ensure timely responses to inquiries.
  • Use customer feedback data to drive service improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
  • 2–5 years of experience in a similar executive assistant or customer service leadership role.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proven organizational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in office software and customer service tools.
  • Leadership qualities with a problem-solving, customer-first mindset.
