We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support senior executives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will excel at multitasking, problem-solving, and maintaining confidentiality while ensuring seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives, including calendar management and scheduling.
- Prepare and review reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of executives.
- Coordinate and manage meetings, travel arrangements, and event planning.
- Act as a liaison between the executive team and internal/external stakeholders.
- Maintain and update records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality at all times.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools.
- Discretion and ability to handle sensitive information with care.
