Key Responsibilities
Executive Support
- Manage the CRO’s daily schedule, appointments, and meetings for efficiency.
- Act as the primary liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
- Draft and review reports, presentations, and confidential documents.
- Oversee travel arrangements, including business and personal trips.
- Assist with key business projects and track critical action items.
Personal Assistance & Lifestyle Management
- Handle personal shopping, vendor coordination, and household administration.
- Manage bill payments, personal expenses, and financial reconciliations.
- Run personal errands and oversee private events or social engagements.
- Ensure seamless execution of both professional and personal commitments.
Requirements
- Proven experience (4-6 years) as an Executive or Personal Assistant, ideally supporting C-level executives.
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and scheduling tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Adaptability to fast-paced, dynamic work environments with non-traditional hours.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with strong decision-making skills.
