Job Description
Transsion Holdings, the parent company of leading global brands such as TECNO, Infinix, itel, and Oraimo, is seeking an experienced Executive Recruiter to manage senior-level talent acquisition. The ideal candidate will have strong stakeholder management skills, proven experience in executive hiring, and the ability to identify and attract top industry leaders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for senior and executive-level positions.
- Partner with senior leadership to define role requirements and hiring needs.
- Source, engage, and build relationships with high-caliber executive candidates.
- Conduct comprehensive candidate assessments and prepare accurate shortlists.
- Ensure strict confidentiality during the hiring process.
- Lead offer negotiations and coordinate onboarding processes.
- Maintain records within the ATS and provide regular recruitment updates.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in recruitment, with at least 3 years in executive hiring.
- Background in multinational or fast-paced industries, preferably technology or consumer goods.
- Strong sourcing, networking, and candidate assessment abilities.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and confidentiality skills.
- Familiarity with ATS systems; HR certification is an added advantage.
