Job Description

Transsion Holdings, the parent company of leading global brands such as TECNO, Infinix, itel, and Oraimo, is seeking an experienced Executive Recruiter to manage senior-level talent acquisition. The ideal candidate will have strong stakeholder management skills, proven experience in executive hiring, and the ability to identify and attract top industry leaders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for senior and executive-level positions.
  • Partner with senior leadership to define role requirements and hiring needs.
  • Source, engage, and build relationships with high-caliber executive candidates.
  • Conduct comprehensive candidate assessments and prepare accurate shortlists.
  • Ensure strict confidentiality during the hiring process.
  • Lead offer negotiations and coordinate onboarding processes.
  • Maintain records within the ATS and provide regular recruitment updates.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in recruitment, with at least 3 years in executive hiring.
  • Background in multinational or fast-paced industries, preferably technology or consumer goods.
  • Strong sourcing, networking, and candidate assessment abilities.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and confidentiality skills.
  • Familiarity with ATS systems; HR certification is an added advantage.
