Job Overview

A growing company is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Executive Virtual Assistant to support senior management in administrative tasks. This remote role is ideal for professionals with experience in virtual assistance or executive support who are organized, tech-savvy, and able to work independently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments using tools like Google Calendar and Calendly
  • Organize and maintain digital files, documents, and reports using platforms such as Google Workspace and Notion
  • Prepare and format professional documents, presentations, and spreadsheets as needed
  • Communicate efficiently with internal teams and external contacts via Zoom, Slack, and email
  • Track tasks and deadlines using project management tools like Trello
  • Perform research, data entry, and other administrative duties as assigned

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative role (remote work experience preferred)
  • Proficiency in productivity and communication tools including Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Zoom, Slack, Trello, Notion, and Calendly
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong time-management and organizational abilities
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
