Job Description
A reputable polythene manufacturing company located in the Alimosho axis of Lagos, Nigeria, is seeking an experienced Internal Auditor to join its team. This is a full-time role that offers a competitive salary and benefits package.
Job Responsibilities:

Risk Assessment and Audit Planning: Conduct risk assessments and develop audit plans to identify potential risks and opportunities for improvement.

Audit Execution and Reporting: Execute audit plans, gather evidence, and prepare reports that highlight findings and recommendations for improvement.

Internal Control Evaluation: Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and identify areas for improvement.

Compliance and Regulatory Assurance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies, and provide assurance that controls are operating effectively.
Job Requirements:

Qualifications and Experience: 5-7 years of managerial experience in a reputable audit or manufacturing company, with a minimum of a 2.1 degree or its equivalent in accounting or related fields.

Professional Certification: ICAN or ACCA certification is mandatory.

Age Range: Candidates should be between 34 and 45 years old.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in CaseWare accounting software is an added advantage.
