About the Role
Lily Hospitals Limited is seeking a Facility Maintenance Officer to oversee the maintenance and smooth operation of our healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will ensure all systems function efficiently, contributing to a safe and comfortable environment for patients and staff.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of hospital facilities, equipment, and systems.
- Identify and resolve facility-related issues, ensuring compliance with safety and health regulations.
- Coordinate repairs, liaise with vendors, and oversee maintenance activities.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and ensure timely reporting of issues.
Requirements
- Minimum of an OND in a relevant field.
- 2 – 3 years of hands-on experience in facility management or maintenance.
- Strong technical knowledge of facility management systems.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills to diagnose and fix issues efficiently.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with vendors, staff, and management.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team.
