Job Description
Emzor Pharmaceutical Industries Limited is hiring an experienced Facility Manager to take charge of daily facility operations at its Sagamu manufacturing plant. The ideal candidate will ensure the plant’s infrastructure and support services run efficiently, safely, and in full compliance with regulatory standards.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the maintenance and operations of all facility infrastructure including plumbing, lighting, fire systems, and staff amenities.
- Ensure continuous performance of non-production utilities such as generators, compressors, and water systems.
- Coordinate janitorial services, pest control, landscaping, and hygiene across all areas of the plant.
- Supervise contractors, enforce safety standards, and maintain compliance with NAFDAC, NESREA, and other regulatory bodies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Estate Management, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in facility management within a manufacturing or regulated environment.
- HSE or NEBOSH certification is an added advantage.
- Membership in a recognized facility management professional body is preferred.
