Job Description
A Facility Manager role is available at Thyaura Partners Concept Limited to oversee and coordinate facility operations, ensuring high standards of hygiene, maintenance, safety, and overall service delivery across client locations in Lagos.
Location: Ikoyi, Lekki – Lagos

Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate facility technicians, janitors, and hygiene staff to ensure high service delivery standards
- Oversee daily facility management operations including cleaning, maintenance, and sanitation activities
- Conduct routine inspections of client facilities to ensure compliance with company and regulatory hygiene standards
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and preventive maintenance programs
- Manage inventory and proper use of cleaning chemicals, tools, and equipment
- Liaise with clients to address service requests, complaints, and operational needs promptly
- Prepare operational reports on facility performance, staff activities, and service outcomes
- Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Train and guide facility staff on proper cleaning procedures, equipment handling, and safety practices
- Monitor staff attendance, productivity, and performance at assigned client locations
- Coordinate with procurement/warehouse teams for timely supply of materials and equipment
- Support contract implementation and ensure service delivery aligns with agreed service levels
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and service quality
- Respond to emergencies, facility issues, or urgent client needs promptly
- Ensure all work areas maintain a professional, hygienic, and safe environment
Requirements
- Proven experience in facility management, operations, or a similar supervisory role is an advantage
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills
- Good understanding of hygiene standards, safety regulations, and maintenance procedures
- Ability to manage multiple client locations and operational staff
- Strong communication and reporting skills
- Ability to work under pressure and respond to emergencies effectively
