Job Description

Work Evolve Limited is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee facility operations, ensure service excellence, and drive business growth. The role requires a balance of strategic leadership, client relationship management, and hands-on technical expertise to successfully deliver facility management projects and expand opportunities within the sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day facility management operations across multiple sites.
  • Lead project planning, execution, and monitoring to ensure timely and quality delivery.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
  • Implement quality assurance processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Manage and mentor operational teams for optimal performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Engineering, Facility Management, or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications in Facility Management, Project Management (PMP), or HSE are an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 8 years progressive experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Proven success in managing multi-site facility management projects.
  • Strong knowledge of MEP systems, CMMS/CAFM systems, and FM best practices.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and client management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project reporting tools.
