A reputable talent management company is seeking an experienced Factory Manager to oversee production operations, ensure quality standards, and drive efficiency across manufacturing processes. This is a full-time position for professionals with strong leadership and technical expertise in production management.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and supervise daily production activities to meet set targets.
• Ensure quality assurance processes are followed and resolve product issues promptly.
• Lead and train production staff to improve performance and teamwork.
• Oversee equipment maintenance, enforce safety protocols, and minimize downtime.
• Monitor costs, manage resources efficiently, and prepare reports for senior management.

Requirements:

• HND or B.Sc. in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years’ experience in manufacturing, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
