A leading manufacturing company in Owo, Ondo, is seeking a skilled Factory Operations Analyst to support continuous improvement across production operations. This role focuses on data-driven decision-making to optimize productivity, streamline processes, and enhance factory performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operational analysis within a large-scale manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze production data and identify trends to support operational decisions.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate manufacturing efficiency.
  • Recommend and implement process improvements for productivity and cost-effectiveness.
  • Develop regular reports for stakeholders with actionable insights.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and internal policies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operational goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience as an operations analyst in a large manufacturing or conglomerate setting.
  • Proficient in data analysis and visualization tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented, data-driven mindset.
  • Experience with ERP and MES platforms.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
