Salary: N400,000 – N500,000 Monthly

H&Y Furniture Manufacturers is a leading provider of premium furniture solutions, dedicated to crafting exceptional products with precision and innovation. We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Factory Operations Manager to lead and optimize our manufacturing operations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the factory, ensuring production targets are met with high quality and efficiency.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve manufacturing processes, reduce costs, and enhance productivity.
- Manage and maintain furniture machinery, including CNC machines, ensuring they operate at peak performance.
- Lead, train, and motivate the production team, fostering a culture of excellence and safety.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless workflow, timely delivery, and client satisfaction.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Master’s degree (M.Sc., MBA) or PMP certification is an added advantage.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience, including 7 years in a senior managerial role, preferably in a furniture manufacturing environment.
- Proven expertise in managing and maintaining furniture machinery, especially CNC machines.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
