We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Female Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel in identifying opportunities, building client relationships, and driving business growth in the security services, commercial banking, or related industries.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement effective strategies to attract new clients and expand business opportunities.
  2. Identify and research potential markets, creating tailored pitches and presentations for prospective clients.
  3. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and existing clients.
  4. Lead the sales lifecycle, from prospecting and proposal development to contract finalization and implementation.
  5. Collaborate with senior team members to mitigate risks and foster a collaborative business environment.
  6. Maintain accurate client records and activities in CRM systems.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields (Master’s Degree is an advantage).
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a B2B business development role within the security services industry, commercial banks, or related sectors.
  • Strong ability to manage virtual and in-person sales meetings effectively.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
