A private residence in Ikoyi, Lagos is currently hiring a Female Personal Assistant to support household operations and provide day-to-day personal and administrative support to the homeowner. The role requires a professional with strong organizational and leadership skills who can manage a dynamic home environment and act as a reliable liaison between the employer and household staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily household operations, including maintenance schedules and vendor coordination
- Supervise domestic staff such as drivers, chefs, housekeepers, and nannies
- Organize the employer’s calendar, travel bookings, events, and appointments
- Handle errands, household shopping, inventory tracking, and expense reporting
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution
- Minimum of 5–8 years of experience in a similar personal assistant or house manager role
- Strong organizational, leadership, and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English
- Tech-savvy, professional, and discreet
- Ability to drive is an added advantage
- Female candidates preferred due to household structure
