A Fiber Project Manager role is available at Timeless Telecoms Limited to oversee end-to-end fiber deployment projects including FTTH, FTTB, metro, and backbone networks. The position requires strong technical expertise in fiber optics, project coordination skills, and the ability to manage field teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in telecom infrastructure execution and reporting.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, design, and supervise fiber network deployment projects including FTTH, FTTB, metro, and backbone networks
- Coordinate field engineers, contractors, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
- Conduct site surveys, technical assessments, and risk evaluations for project planning and implementation
- Monitor project timelines, quality standards, budget compliance, and resource utilization
- Prepare and submit accurate project documentation, reports, and as-built drawings using relevant tools
- Resolve technical and operational issues promptly and escalate when necessary
- Ensure proper tracking of materials, assets, and project deliverables across all sites
Requirements
- Maximum age of 40 years
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field
- 3–5 years experience in fiber optic and telecom infrastructure projects
- Strong knowledge of fiber optics, transmission systems, OSP/ISP design, FTTH, and FTTB
- Proficiency in tools such as GIS, AutoCAD, Google Earth, and similar software
- Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver within deadlines
