Job Description
Willers Solutions Limited is recruiting a qualified and experienced Field Engineer to support customer installations, ensure reliable network performance, and handle field service operations. The role requires a hands-on professional with strong technical expertise in networking within an ISP or telecommunications environment.
Responsibilities:
- Install and configure internet and networking equipment at client sites.
- Diagnose and resolve equipment or connectivity issues to maintain service quality.
- Educate clients on usage, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting of installed systems.
- Maintain detailed documentation of service visits, issues resolved, and customer feedback.
- Collaborate with internal technical teams to escalate and solve advanced network challenges.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a High School Diploma; technical certifications or a relevant degree is an added advantage.
- At least 3 years of field experience in network installations, preferably in the ISP or telecoms sector.
- Strong knowledge of networking hardware (routers, switches, modems) and protocols.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and travel for on-site support.
- Valid driver’s license is required.
