Job Description

A reputable company is hiring a Field Sales / Marketing Associate (Remote) to drive sales and marketing of paint and cleaning products across estates, residential communities, and property developments in prime Lagos neighborhoods. The role requires a confident and persuasive individual who can independently achieve sales targets while providing regular reports to the head office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and market paint and cleaning products to estates, residential communities, and property developments in Lagos.
  • Build and maintain strong business relationships with property managers, developers, and estate representatives.
  • Meet and exceed assigned weekly and monthly sales targets.
  • Submit accurate daily/weekly sales updates and reports via electronic channels.
  • Carry out market research to identify new opportunities, client prospects, and competitive activities.
  • Represent the company in a professional manner during all engagements with clients.

Requirements

  • Minimum of HND or B.Sc. in Marketing, Business, or related field (relevant sales experience may substitute).
  • 1–3 years of proven experience in sales, marketing, or field operations (preferably in FMCG, paints, cleaning, or building materials).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Good knowledge of prime Lagos neighborhoods and estates is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in using smartphones and electronic reporting tools.
