Filling Machine Operator (PET)

Job Description

A manufacturing company in the beverage and packaging industry is seeking an experienced Filling Machine Operator (PET) to join its production team in Agbara, Ogun State. The role involves operating and maintaining filling machines while ensuring smooth production processes, product quality, and compliance with safety standards. Candidates with hands-on experience in beverage production, bottling, blow molding, or packaging operations are encouraged to apply.

Machine Experience Required

• Sipa Machines for Injection
• Sacmi Machines for Compression
• KHS Machines for Blowing and Mixing

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor PET filling machines to ensure efficient production output.
• Carry out routine quality checks and sanitation procedures during production.
• Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections on filling equipment.
• Record production activities, machine downtime, and operational reports accurately.
• Troubleshoot machine faults and support process improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with GMP standards and workplace safety procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in bottling, beverage production, blow molding, or packaging operations.
• Strong technical knowledge of filling machine operations and HMI systems.
• Good understanding of GMP and industrial safety procedures.
• Ability to identify machine faults and carry out basic troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience operating Sipa, Sacmi, and KHS machines is mandatory.
• Candidates residing close to Agbara or nearby locations will have an added advantage.

Salary

N300,000 – N550,000 monthly
