Salary: ₦800,000 Monthly

Introduction:
A reputable organization in the FMCG, retail, or e-commerce sector is seeking an experienced Finance Lead to manage its financial planning and debt structure. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with a strong background in fundraising and debt consolidation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Manage debt fundraising efforts, including structuring, repayment plans, and consolidation.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Prepare and present detailed financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive cost efficiency and financial performance.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the FMCG, retail, or e-commerce industry.
• Proven track record in debt fundraising and management.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Professional certification such as ICAN or CFA is an added advantage.
