Job Description

Strivo Labs is a digital solutions company dedicated to helping businesses grow with speed and precision. The Finance Lead role is a senior position designed to manage all aspects of the finance function while supporting business growth and investor readiness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day finance operations, including accounting, reconciliation, and cash flow.
  • Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations, IFRS, NDPR, and other statutory requirements.
  • Support fundraising, investor relations, and financial due diligence.
  • Partner with business and product leads to assess financial performance of initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
  • Professional certification (ACA, ACCA, CFA, or CPA) preferred.
  • 5–8 years of progressive finance/accounting experience.
  • Minimum 3–5 years in a Finance Lead or Finance Manager role.
  • Background in e-commerce, payments, fintech, or high-growth businesses.
  • Strong technical accounting knowledge (IFRS, GAAP) and financial modeling skills.
