Finance Manager

Salary: N810,000 net (plus other benefits)

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our team in Lekki, Lagos. The successful candidate will oversee financial operations, ensure compliance with financial regulations, and provide strategic guidance to support the organization’s growth and sustainability.

Job Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement financial strategies to ensure the organization’s fiscal health.
2. Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.
3. Ensure compliance with all tax, regulatory, and audit requirements.
4. Oversee cash flow management and optimize financial resources to meet operational needs.
5. Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.

Basic Requirements

• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
• Must be a Chartered Accountant.
• Proficiency in accounting software and financial tools.
• Minimum of 8 years of financial management experience, including 2–3 years in a leadership role within a structured environment.
