A reputable company in Lagos is seeking a skilled Finance Manager to oversee financial operations and ensure compliance with accounting standards. This role demands strong leadership and analytical abilities to support strategic financial planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee daily financial activities including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost optimization.
  • Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., ACCA, CPA) are an advantage.
  • Minimum of 4–5 years’ experience in finance or accounting roles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in accounting software and knowledgeable about financial regulations.
