A growing fintech company focused on empowering women through financial services is hiring a Finance Manager. This role is ideal for a strategic finance professional who can lead financial operations, ensure compliance, and provide insights that support growth and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
• Manage accounting records, financial controls, and reporting systems
• Ensure tax compliance and timely remittance of statutory payments
• Prepare detailed financial reports for internal and external stakeholders
• Coordinate with auditors, regulators, and funding institutions

Requirements:

• ACA, ACCA, or ICAN qualification is required
• Minimum of 5–8 years of experience in finance or accounting roles, preferably in fintech or mission-driven organizations
• Proficiency in financial tools such as QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
• Strong ethics and a commitment to transparency
