Polaris Digitech Limited is currently hiring a qualified Finance Manager to oversee financial planning, analysis, and reporting functions. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, capable of leading budgeting processes and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes across departments.
- Analyze financial statements and performance trends to provide strategic insights.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in line with accounting standards.
- Maintain strong internal controls and ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations.
- Supervise and mentor finance team members to ensure high-quality output.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 4 – 5 years of experience in financial management or similar roles.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling, reporting, and analysis.
- Knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP or similar) and relevant financial regulations.
