Experience: Minimum of 6 years
Salary Range: ₦500,000 – ₦700,000 (Net)
We are looking for a skilled Finance Manager to oversee the financial health and strategic growth of our organization. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in financial analysis, compliance, and decision-making to support business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement financial strategies to achieve organizational objectives.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to guide decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, tax laws, and company policies.
- Oversee investment management and assess financial risks and opportunities.
- Provide insights and recommendations for strategic planning and growth initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
- Professional certification (e.g., ICAN, ACCA, CFA).
- Proficiency in financial modeling, analysis, and reporting tools.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance, tax laws, and investment management.
- Excellent strategic planning and decision-making abilities.
