Salary Range: ₦500,000 – ₦700,000 (net)
We are hiring a Finance Manager to oversee and enhance our financial operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in financial planning, analysis, and compliance, along with strategic decision-making capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts to support organizational goals.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports to monitor company performance and inform decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, tax laws, and financial best practices.
- Oversee investment management and evaluate opportunities to optimize returns.
- Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and accuracy.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
- Professional certification (e.g., ICAN, ACCA, CFA) is mandatory.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, analysis, and reporting tools.
- In-depth knowledge of regulatory compliance, tax laws, and investment practices.
- Strong strategic planning and decision-making skills.
