Salary: N200,000 – N250,000 Monthly
Women Impacting Nigeria (WIN) is a non-governmental organization dedicated to empowering women and promoting gender equality. We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Finance Officer to join our team and oversee the financial operations of the organization. The ideal candidate will have experience in financial management, particularly in the NGO sector, and be committed to supporting WIN’s mission.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the financial transactions of the organization, ensuring compliance with accounting principles and WIN’s financial policies.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and statements for management and external stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain effective financial management systems, including budgeting, financial planning, and risk management.
- Monitor cash flow, ensuring the efficient use of resources while adhering to financial constraints and timelines.
Job Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial management, preferably within the NGO sector.
- Professional certifications such as ICAN, ACCA, or equivalent are an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and accounting software.
- Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
