A Finance Operations Manager is needed to oversee financial activities, ensuring accuracy in reporting, compliance with financial regulations, and effective financial planning. The ideal candidate will have experience in accounting, particularly within the hospitality or restaurant industry, and possess strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
  • Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with tax regulations and financial policies.
  • Oversee payroll processing, vendor payments, and account reconciliations.
  • Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets.
  • Utilize accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) to manage financial records efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • ICAN Chartered Accountant or equivalent certification (candidates at the Professional level will be considered).
  • Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, preferably in the hospitality or restaurant industry.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, tax laws, and financial regulations.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
