We are looking for a skilled Finance Supervisor to oversee financial operations and ensure accurate reporting and compliance. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and a proven track record in financial management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise daily financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Review and approve financial statements and reports for accuracy and completeness.
- Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends and provide strategic recommendations.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop financial strategies and plans.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in financial management or a related role.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in financial management software and tools.
