Heirs Insurance Group is seeking a highly motivated and intelligent professional to join its team as a Financial Advisor and Unit Manager. This role involves selling various insurance products, advising clients on coverage options, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sell a range of insurance products, including Life Insurance, Personalized Investment Products, Pure Protection Products, and Endowment Products.
- Educate clients on available insurance policies and assist in selecting the best coverage to meet their needs.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and actively seek new business opportunities.
- Provide ongoing support by recommending modifications or updates to clients’ existing policies.
Job Requirements:
- HND/BSc from a recognized Nigerian higher institution.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales experience in the insurance or financial sector is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
