Job Description

Refin Homes Limited is seeking a highly experienced Financial Controller to lead its finance operations. This role is ideal for a finance professional with strong strategic and analytical capabilities, looking to join a growing real estate and development company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the preparation of financial reports, forecasts, and statements.
• Lead budgeting, investment analysis, and cost management initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory financial requirements.
• Develop financial strategies and assess risks to improve financial performance.
• Manage and mentor the finance team to ensure high performance and accountability.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• ACA, ACCA, or similar professional certification is required; an MBA is an added advantage.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive finance experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Strong track record in financial planning, budgeting, and risk management.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
