Role Summary
The First Officer will support the Captain in executing safe and efficient flight operations in line with regulatory standards and company procedures. The ideal candidate will demonstrate sound technical knowledge, situational awareness, and a commitment to safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Captain with pre-flight planning, aircraft inspections, and operational briefings
- Execute assigned flight duties during all phases of flight in accordance with established procedures
- Continuously monitor aircraft systems and respond to any operational anomalies
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety requirements during flight operations
- Support flight crew coordination and communication to maintain operational efficiency
Minimum Requirements
- A valid Commercial Pilot License (CPL) or frozen ATPL
- EMB 135/145 Type Rating with current Instrument Rating
- Current Class 1 Medical Certificate
- Minimum of 1,000 total flight hours, with at least 200 hours on type
- Level 4 English Language Proficiency
- A Bachelor’s degree or Diploma is an added advantage
- Applicants with 200–500 total hours may be considered for Second Officer roles
