Are you an experienced professional in deposit mobilization? Join our esteemed financial services company as a Fixed Deposit Mobilisation Officer. We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven individual to grow our deposit base and manage investment portfolios for both individual and institutional clients.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to attract fixed deposits and other investment products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure consistent deposit inflow.
- Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities to drive deposit growth.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to achieve and exceed deposit mobilization targets.
Job Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in deposit mobilization, sales, or marketing within a financial institution or microfinance environment.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales and deposit targets.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused approach.
- ACA or other professional certification is an added advantage.
