Job Description

Bitsin Travels and Tours is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Flight Ticketing and Hotel Reservation Officer to manage bookings and provide top-notch travel solutions. The role involves assisting clients with ticketing and hotel reservations, offering travel advice, and ensuring smooth, memorable travel experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers in choosing travel options that match their preferences and budgets.
  • Make and confirm reservations for flights, hotels, and related travel services.
  • Provide itinerary suggestions, including local attractions and points of interest.
  • Handle booking changes, cancellations, and resolve any issues that arise.
  • Promote additional services such as travel insurance, tours, and seat upgrades.
  • Prepare and send accurate quotations for travel and tour packages.

Requirements

  • B.Sc. or HND in a relevant field.
  • Certified Travel Associate (CTA) or Certified Travel Counselor (CTC) preferred.
  • IATA International Travel & Tourism + EBT certification or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in both local and international ticketing software.
  • Excellent knowledge of GDS systems such as Amadeus and Galileo.
  • Strong customer service, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Microsoft Office proficiency and data entry experience.
