Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Floor Manager to oversee daily club operations and uphold an exceptional member experience. The successful candidate will supervise the service team, maintain operational standards, and ensure the club’s ambiance, service quality, and guest interactions consistently reflect excellence.

This is an on-the-floor leadership role requiring hands-on management, attention to detail, and the ability to ensure smooth, personalised service for members and guests.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise daily floor operations to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Manage and motivate the service team to maintain high performance standards
  • Oversee both front-of-house and back-of-house procedures
  • Uphold the club’s atmosphere, cleanliness, and service quality standards
  • Interact professionally with members and guests, addressing concerns promptly
  • Handle difficult situations with composure and sound decision-making
  • Ensure accurate processing of transactions using the POS system
  • Enforce health, safety, and hygiene policies across the facility
  • Review sales reports and monitor daily performance to support operational improvements
  • Build strong rapport with members and encourage continuous feedback
  • Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline
  • 2–4 years experience in a supervisory or managerial role within hospitality, retail, or service industries
  • Proven experience managing customer-facing teams
  • Strong understanding of restaurant or club operations
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Strong customer service orientation with the ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Proficiency with POS systems and basic transaction handling
  • High attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of safety, health, and hygiene standards
  • Basic financial literacy and the ability to interpret sales/performance reports

Benefits

  • Salary: ₦400,000 – ₦600,000 monthly
