We are seeking an experienced Front Desk/Admin Assistant to join our team in the finance sector. This role requires a highly organized, customer-focused professional to provide administrative support and ensure smooth front office operations.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact, welcoming clients and visitors with professionalism and warmth.
- Manage and route incoming calls and correspondence effectively.
- Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings and managing office supplies.
- Ensure a clean and organized reception area that reflects the company’s professional image.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a front desk assistant, receptionist, or administrative support role, preferably in the finance sector.
- Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written) and the ability to interact with clients, team members, and management.
- Strong customer service, multitasking, and time management skills, with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
