Job Description
Salary: ₦200,000 – ₦400,000 monthly
Experience: Minimum 3 years (preferably in the Oil and Gas industry)
A reputable organization in the Oil and Gas sector is currently seeking a skilled and professional Front Desk/Administrative Officer. The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in handling front office duties as well as administrative support tasks. Experience in proposal preparation and invoice generation will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and attend to clients, visitors, and guests in a professional manner.
- Manage correspondence, phone calls, and front desk operations efficiently.
- Prepare proposals and assist in the generation of client invoices.
- Maintain office records, filing systems, and ensure smooth day-to-day administrative operations.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the Oil and Gas industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision.
- Prior experience with proposal and invoice documentation is a plus.
