A reputable company is seeking a Front Desk Officer to manage reception operations and provide excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should be organized, professional, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently.
- Manage appointments, reservations, and scheduling as required.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including filing and data entry.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a front desk, receptionist, or administrative role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
- Must be available for immediate resumption.
