Job Summary
A reputable organization in Mowe, Ogun is seeking to hire a professional Front Desk Officer to manage front office operations, provide administrative support, and ensure a welcoming environment for visitors and staff. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and capable of multitasking in a dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and attend to visitors with a warm, professional attitude
- Perform general administrative duties including filing and record-keeping
- Coordinate office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Support the Operations Manager to ensure efficient daily operations
- Oversee the office environment and supervise cleaning staff to maintain cleanliness
- Track and maintain the drivers’ logbook and attendance records
- Ensure availability of basic office supplies at all times
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized institution
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in administrative or front desk roles
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and public speaking abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
