Job Summary

A reputable organization in Mowe, Ogun is seeking to hire a professional Front Desk Officer to manage front office operations, provide administrative support, and ensure a welcoming environment for visitors and staff. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and capable of multitasking in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and attend to visitors with a warm, professional attitude
  • Perform general administrative duties including filing and record-keeping
  • Coordinate office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
  • Support the Operations Manager to ensure efficient daily operations
  • Oversee the office environment and supervise cleaning staff to maintain cleanliness
  • Track and maintain the drivers’ logbook and attendance records
  • Ensure availability of basic office supplies at all times

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized institution
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in administrative or front desk roles
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and public speaking abilities
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
