An organization in Lagos is seeking a professional and well-organized Front Desk Officer to serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and staff. This role is essential to ensuring smooth front office operations and providing day-to-day administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, welcome, and attend to clients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and general correspondence efficiently
- Maintain accurate visitor records and manage meeting room bookings
- Provide administrative and clerical support to internal departments
- Ensure the reception area is clean, orderly, and presentable at all times
Requirements
